Program Policies

• We will send you a registration form. Please follow the enclosed instructions.
  Please make out cheques to Eden Philp.
• Full attendance is very important absences will affect the quality and consistency of class work. As a courtesy, we ask to be advised if you are going to be late or are unable to attend the class. A phone call is always appreciated. There will be a $20 administration fee for all NSF cheques.
• Refunds of class fees are not granted after the first class.
• Start dates of programs are subject to change.
• Act One Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule all classes.
    In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled a full refund will be provided
• Act One Studio instructors are working professional actors and teachers. We reserve the right to provide a qualified substitute or reschedule the class in the event that the lead teacher is called away.
• No classes on statutory holidays.
